What devices are the smartwatches compatible with?

Our smartwatches are compatible with both iOS and Android devices.


Do the smartwatches support calls, messages, and internet access?

Yes — calls, SMS, and 4G mobile data are supported when a SIM card is inserted.
Please note: SIM card is not included.

Without a SIM, the watch still works, either standalone or via Bluetooth connection to your phone.

PulseWatch also supports Wi-Fi for internet connection.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are mostly 3-4 days, but this will be confirmed at checkout depending upon your delivery address. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. 

Please note that all displayed delivery times are an estimate. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country.


What's the deal with customs and taxes?

For orders shipped to the United States, and United Kingdom, all taxes/fees are fulfilled by us.

However, for orders shipped to some other countries, there may be customs duties, taxes, or import fees (as applicable), which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. They will usually be collected upon delivery. Please check with your local government guidelines.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.


What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date you receive your order.

If you change your mind, you can return the product in its original condition for a refund.

Do the smartwatches come with a warranty?

Yes. All our smartwatches include a 1-year limited hardware warranty.

This covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.
Accidental damage, misuse, or water damage beyond the rated resistance are not covered.


What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged/missing?

If there’s any issue with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.


Are the smartwatches water resistant?

Yes, our smartwatches are water resistant. Different models have different waterproof ratings (IP67/IP68 etc.), which indicate how resistant they are to water. This generally ranges from shallow to deep water immersion - see the product specifications to learn more.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards, PayPal, and supported digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems.
